Sanjay Suryanarayana - Founder
Our role model and inspiration, Sanjay Suryanarayana has made Maangalya Constructions reach heights of success with his passion, hard work, dedication, knowledge, and initiatives. From being one of the many realtors, he has reached the position of an entrepreneur in real estate industry in less than two decades with his indomitable will power and perseverance!
With a humble beginning in 1994 as a realtor, Mr. Sanjay started acquiring and marketing small projects from his newly launched firm, Sai Associates. The venture grew by leaps and bounds within a decade and by 2004, he was onto acquiring land and developing projects, building his name as a prominent developer. Excellent relationship with customers and innovative outlook at the primary reasons Mr. Sanjay was able to soar to heights of success within such short time and he had to never look back.
By 2010, Mr. Sanjay founded a new firm, Redtree Estates, one of the well-established construction companies and under the banner completed several high-end projects. Another turn came in his glorious career when he acquired Maangalya Constructions in 2017 and started construction of high-rise projects that have set new benchmarks for his competitors.
